To the point though of How to Co-Create Your Reality, after rereading some about it, i am feeling it is impossible to change anything but you can try shift your interest from the negative to the positive.

It can possibly be done in as many ways as there are shifters, and be determent in multitude of ways, still it feels the simplest is were it becomes more evident for me. the simpler is not necessarily what we think are negative vs positive but what we can find them to be, when enquiring; the negative is a giant burden of suffering, fear of death and disease, conflicts that seem unsolvable, our lasting concern with money and position, and our needing to find some external solution, a change in our lives and eventually our search as well - are negative to the positive, and the positive, is the crack in our life, the little corner or moment or element or somebody with which we can shift into pure delight , consent, being one with and love. a small moment of hovering or rather penetrating or better said, letting a sequence of good intimacy to prevail, and any form of bliss and the possible actions that may be added to it, not to the extent of building patterns there or we may reverse into the negative which we will do anyway.

if cultivating anything at all is expanding into it then it becomes a game of sifting from one to the other and as we are there, or here for that matter, we then shift inside a fragile moment of choice by looking at what is, and daring a true expression of whatever flows then waiting to see if / the expansion and proceeding to expand like this into more love.

So by that we may gain a new overall understanding about our roll as shifters, b/c we now are more daring to shift even if the situation looks horrendous, saying it is our conditioning or suggesting it is only thought may be helpful for some but being able to shift into something really good each time, each time into your most loving little crack in the wall, the things that you know you really love to expand into.

For me there are the garden and everything there is there, the little flowers and trees and the birds that talk and the skkky , but also our neighbored, i live to sit with them and my woman friend that we hug for whiles we just look each other in the eyes and talk including mimics and laughs and many times we dance..

so it is so intimate; sometimes even writing a post like this is love.
